This course is designed for K-12 educational leaders who are seeking to understand how gender differences affect leadership styles and how these differences can enhance an administrative team. This course explores practical application of male/female brain differences and provides participants with opportunities to reflect upon and apply these differences in their leadership and understand the other genders leadership style. Participants will collaborate with peers in on-line discussions and real life application of the skills acquired. Through class activities, discussions, and self-evaluation and administrative team evaluation, participants will gain knowledge, skills, and confidence understanding gender differences in leadership and how knowledge of this can enhance individual and team goals.
