Craig Foster - Certified Trainer Craig Foster is a Gurian Certified Trainer because of his daughter, Amelia. Volunteering in Amelia’s kindergarten class rekindled his love of teaching, learning and play. During subsequent extensive reading on educational matters, Craig was moved by Michael Gurian’s work. Attending the 2009 Summer Institute, he became a Certified Trainer for the Gurian Institute. Craig passionately believes that the tools provided by the Gurian Institute can improve outcomes for all students, some dramatically. Craig comes to education as a second career after 8 years of contented retirement from a senior executive role on Wall Street. He lives in the Los Angeles area with Lili, his wife, and Amelia. |
